In the book of Genesis we read of the creation account and how God created the world in 6 days. Man was the crowing act of Gods creation. He was made to commune and fellowship with God. In turn God set aside 1 particular day, the Seventh Day to be a memorial in time because God had rested on that day. It was the day for worship and fellowship.
